目的科学评价国产冻干水痘减毒活疫苗对适龄儿童接种的安全性。方法采用统一的问卷,由经过培训的专业人员完成。问卷内容包括接种后30min、4h、24h、48h、72h、6w后副反应情况。结果共纳入617名观察对象,对接种对象接种后30min、4h、24h、48h、72h、6w等时间段进行观察,其副反应发生率分别为2.7%、4.7%、4.8%、2.3%和0.3%,6w后无副反应报告。观察对象中共计有29名发生发热反应,总体发热反应发生率为4.7%,发生注射部位红肿反应率为4.7%,观察对象局部硬结发生率为0.8%。结论该国产冻干水痘减毒活疫苗反应轻微,安全性好,有推广应用价值。
Objective To scientifically evaluate the safety of live attenuated vaccine of domestic freeze-dried varicella vaccine in children of school-age. Methods Using a uniform questionnaire, completed by trained professionals. Questionnaire content including 30min after inoculation, 4h, 24h, 48h, 72h, 6w after the side effects. Results A total of 617 subjects were enrolled in this study. The inoculated patients were observed for 30min, 4h, 24h, 48h, 72h, 6w after inoculation. The incidence rates of side effects were 2.7%, 4.7%, 4.8%, 2.3% and 0.3 %, 6w after no side effects report. A total of 29 subjects had an exothermic reaction. The overall incidence of fever was 4.7%. Inflammatory response rate at the injection site was 4.7%. Local induration was observed in 0.8% of observers. Conclusion The live freeze-dried varicella live attenuated vaccine has slight reaction, good safety, and has the promotion and application value.
