江西新余发电有限责任公司,是1997年由新余发电厂改制成立的地方发电企业。机组小、人员多(1200多人)、负担重,在进入电力市场竞争的8年中,面临着发电量不足、煤价高涨、电价下降、一度亏损等困境。该厂在实践中认识到,改革没有退路,只有在遵循市场规律的前提下,完善管理机制,挖掘内在潜力,降低成本,提高效益, 才能在电力市场竞争中求得生存和发展。为此,采取了一系列措施, 取得了一定的成效,其一些做法可供读者参考。
Jiangxi Xinyu Power Generation Co., Ltd. is a local power generation enterprise established by the restructuring of Xinyu Power Plant in 1997. Small units and more people (more than 1,200), heavy burden, in entering the electricity market competition in the past 8 years, facing the shortage of generating capacity, coal prices, electricity prices decline, once the plight of losses and other difficulties. In practice, the factory realized that there is no escape route in the reform.
