本文结合网络舆情演变规律、司法公信力影响因素,对网络舆情中影响司法公信力的诸要素进行研究,运用层次分析法构建网络舆情视角下司法公信风险预警评估指标体系,并通过帕累托分析法对风险指标体系中各级指标权重进行系统分析评估,以期为司法机关应对网络舆情风险提供参考。
Based on the evolution of Internet public opinions and the influencing factors of judicial credibility, this paper studies the various factors that affect the credibility of the judiciary in online public opinions, and uses AHP to construct the index system of early warning of public trust in public opinion from the perspective of public opinion on the Internet. By Pareto analysis, Risk index system at all levels of indicators of systematic analysis and evaluation of weight, with a view to the judiciary to provide a reference for the network of public opinion risks.
