黄连阿胶汤是张仲景《伤寒论》方,由黄连、黄芩、芍药、鸡子黄、阿胶组成。笔者对此方进行了深入研究与探讨,在临床上取得了一定疗效,现总结如下。一、结肠炎迟某,男,38岁。经常腹痛腹泻,便溏不爽,肛门有热坠感,舌边尖红,苔薄白,脉数而无力。经全消化道钡透和结肠镜检查,确诊为结肠炎。治以黄连阿胶汤加味。处方:黄连15克黄芩10克白芍15克鸡子黄1枚阿胶15克马齿苋50克白术10克防风10克元胡15克,连
