“一带一路”战略提出以来,沿线国家地区的城市化建设,经济发展格局等均对高速公路网络互通互联提出了更高的要求。高速公路运营管理企业需要转变思想,提高经营管理水平,因此内部控制管理显得由为重要。内部控制需要企业职工全员参与,共同实施,旨在降本增效,促进企业健康发展,带动地区经济建设。本文分析了高速公路运营管理企业的内部控制有效性,指出其在内部环境、内控目标、风险防控、筹资融资、对标考核、企业文化等方面存在的问题,并提出了改进建议。
Since the “Belt and Road” strategy was put forward, the urbanization and economic development pattern of the countries and regions along the line have put forward higher requirements on the interconnection and interconnection of the expressway network. Highway operation and management companies need to change their thinking and improve the management level, so the internal control management seems to be important. This paper analyzes the effectiveness of internal control of expressway operation and management company, points out its problems in the internal environment, internal control objectives, risk prevention and control, financing, benchmarking and corporate culture, and puts forward suggestions for improvement.
