本文建立了高炉过程(从炉顶至熔化带之间)的数学模型。编制了计算机程序。并以首都钢铁公司四号高炉为计算对象,对该高炉所用的烧结矿进行了宏观还原动力学的试验。求得过程参数的轴向分布,如:煤气和固体料的温度;煤气成分;煤气压力;煤气流速;煤气密度;矿石和焦炭的密度;铁矿石、石灰石和焦炭的反应率等。根据计算结果,对高炉过程进行了过程分析。
This paper establishes a mathematical model of the blast furnace process (from the top of the furnace to the melting zone). Compiled computer program. Taking the No. 4 blast furnace of Capital Steel Company as the calculation object, the sinter used in the blast furnace was subjected to the macro-reduction kinetics test. The axial distribution of the process parameters is obtained, for example: the temperature of the gas and solid materials; the composition of the gas; the pressure of the gas; the flow rate of the gas; the density of the gas; the density of the ore and coke; the reaction rates of the iron ore, limestone and coke. According to the calculation results, the blast furnace process was analyzed.
