随着科技的发展和社会的不断进步,人们的生活质量和生活水平逐渐提高,但由于食品卫生的安全问题等因素渐渐地的影响了人们的身体健康和生活质量。食品是人们生活中必不可少的物品,但由于现代环境的因素、食品制造商、销售商等因素的影响,使得食品的质量安全难以保证。目前国家提出了食品安全的相关规定,但在检测过程中会出现一些问题。本文主要针对食品微生物的快速检测技术的应用问题进行探讨和论述,并根据存在的问题提出合理化的建议和措施。
