随着现代技术的发展,球形罐的使用越来越多。近年来建造的一些较大的高、中压容器逐渐被球罐所代替。球罐施工目前已有较成熟的方法,但罐体的保温问题还在摸索中,八二年五月我公司在山西洪洞焦化厂贮氨球罐保温的施工中采用了“菱形组合、咬口连接”的方法、效果较好。一、概述球罐的内径为6.1米,壁厚30毫米,用16Mn 钢板制作。球罐保温前已经过严格的热处理,并已投入使用,球罐本体不允许焊接,周围环境易燃、易爆,施工现场不允许动火。罐体保温实质上是保冷,因此,保温结构需注意结露问题,保温目的主要是避免太阳热幅射造成的罐体内部压力升高,所以工期要求在炎热季节到来之前竣工。

Therefore, the construction period is required to be completed before the hot season arrives.
