近几年来,不论在建筑幕墙的结构型式、新材料的应用方面,还是在装饰规模上都有很大的发展。雨水渗漏是幕墙重要性能指标,雨水渗漏是幕墙常见的故障之一,幕墙的防渗防漏设计并没有达到理想的程度,很多方法仍然需要安装的人员的责任心作为保证,因此还需要进行更多的探索和研究。结构化防水设计是一个方向,相信未来一定能找到更好的解决方案。就建筑幕墙工程在工程设计、幕墙材料、加工组装和施工中常见的防雨水渗漏问题,结合工程实际进行分析,并提出幕墙设计和施工中如何提高幕墙雨水渗漏性问题的讨论。
In recent years, both in the architectural structure of the curtain wall, the application of new materials, or in the scale of decoration have a great development. On the common problems of rainwater seepage in engineering design, curtain wall materials, processing, assembly and construction of curtain wall project, this paper analyzes the problems of how to improve the curtain wall rainwater leakage in curtain wall design and construction.
