本文通过对内燃机活塞销设计要求的分析,提出了比传统的设计方法更为完善的活塞销优化设计方法:将设计问题构造成数学模型,采用优化计算方法,在电子计算机上进行活塞销的设计。这样可以在满足活塞销设计要求的前提下,达到最小重量的最佳设计。本文以12150L柴油机活塞销为例,在西门子7760计算机上,利用罚函数法进行计算,并和原结构进行了对比。
Based on the analysis of the design requirements of the piston pin of the internal combustion engine, the paper presents a more perfect design method of piston pin than the traditional design method: the design problem is constructed into the mathematical model, the optimization calculation method is used to design the piston pin on the electronic computer . This will meet the design requirements of the piston pin under the premise of the minimum weight to achieve the best design. In this paper, 12150L diesel piston pin, for example, on the Siemens 7760 computer, using the penalty function method to calculate and compared with the original structure.
