介绍了NMR(核磁共振)谱仪与通用计算机联机通讯的多种方法。根据用户的不同需要,可采用RS232C串口,双向并行口或以太网络设备,并选择相应的网络通讯软件建立NMR实验室局域网。在此基础上建立的脱机NMR数据处理系统,旨在提高谱仪使用效率,加强谱图数据处理和图形处理能力,方便用户利用PC机的排版系统撰写论文和进行谱图存档;利用通用计算机丰富的软件资源开发各种应用程序,如:多线谱数据处理、分子图形、参数化谱分析和谱模拟等。
Various methods of online communication between NMR (nuclear magnetic resonance) spectrometer and general purpose computer are introduced. According to the different needs of users, RS232C serial port, bi-directional parallel port or Ethernet network can be used, and the corresponding network communication software can be selected to establish NMR laboratory LAN. On this basis, off-line NMR data processing system is designed to improve the efficiency of spectrometer and enhance the ability of spectrum data processing and graphics processing. It is convenient for users to write essay and record the spectrum with PC typesetting system. By using general purpose computer Rich software resources to develop a variety of applications, such as: multi-line spectral data processing, molecular graphics, parametric spectral analysis and spectral simulation.
