随着计算机技术的发展 ,蒙特卡罗方法 (MC)成为研究稀薄气体流动问题的重要方法。本文着重介绍了试验粒子蒙特卡罗方法 (TPMC)和直接模拟蒙特卡罗方法 (DSMC)。通过一些实际的算例 (异形管路传输几率计算、涡轮分子泵模拟优化设计 )讨论了它们在与真空技术相关的气体分子流和过渡流研究中的应用情况
With the development of computer technology, the Monte Carlo method (MC) has become an important method to study the flow of rarefied gases. This paper focuses on the experimental particle Monte Carlo method (TPMC) and Direct Simulation Monte Carlo method (DSMC). Some practical examples (special pipeline transmission probability calculation, turbo-molecular pump simulation optimization design) are discussed in the application of vacuum technology-related gas molecular flow and transition flow
