中青年干部是我国干部队伍的主体,是我们党执政治国的重要骨干,也是各级领导班子的后备力量。中青年干部在整个干部队伍中所处的地位,在推进党和国家事业中所起的作用,决定了中青年干部在哪一个地方、哪一个单位都扮演着生力军的角色。红河州第十九中青年领导干部培训班的学员通过为期一个月的理论学习和研讨,不仅在理论基础、党性修养、战略思维、领导能力等方面得到大幅度提高,而且增强了分析问题和解决问题的实际能力。本期摘录部分学员学习交流体会以飨读者。
