目的了解中山市某高级中学学生健康知识及健康行为,为完善创建健康促进学校提供对策依据。方法在中山市某高级中学3个年级采用整群随机抽样方法,对5个班级715名学生进行健康知识行为问卷调查。结果学生健康知识回答正确率高于60%的有6项,甲型肝炎传播途径和计划免疫的2项回答正确率低于60%,且男、女生差异有统计学意义(P值均<0.05);7项健康行为中,有4项高于60%,3项低于60%,且差异有统计学意义(P值均<0.05)。结论学校应该加强健康教育力度,针对薄弱环节制定疾病预防策略。
Objective To understand the health knowledge and health behaviors of a senior high school student in Zhongshan City and to provide countermeasures for improving the health promotion school. Methods A cluster random sampling method was used in 3 grades of a high school in Zhongshan to investigate the health knowledge and behavior of 715 students in 5 classes. Results The accuracy rate of students’ health knowledge answering 60% was 6, the correct rate of 2 responses of hepatitis A transmission and planned immunization was less than 60%, and the difference was statistically significant between boys and girls (P <0.05) ). Among the 7 health behaviors, 4 were higher than 60% and 3 were lower than 60%. The difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Schools should strengthen their health education and formulate disease prevention strategies in light of the weaknesses.
