提出了一种运行于WindowsNT平台,基于软件实现的开放式数控系统:MAGIC,该系统基于微控制内核-可装配命令解释器体系结构,可装配命令解释器完成对单个控制部件的控制抽象,借助微控制内核提供的对象并发运行机制及同步机制,多个命令解释器可实现I/O与轴之间的精确同步关系及复杂的多轴联动控制,通过使用统一解释器指令集可实现用一致的编程接口来控制抽象硬件。该数控系统已成功地在HRP系列快速成形机上应用。
This paper presents a software-based open CNC system running on Windows NT platform: MAGIC.
