文章对四川省现代企业制度试点单位的运作情况及存在的问题进行了广泛的调查和深刻的分析，并根据《公司法》和《党章》要求，对现代企业制度试点单位如何加强党的建设、党组织的地位和职责任务；党组织如何参与重大问题决策；企业政工干部的职责及配备；企业领导体制等问题提出了一些切实有效的对策。
The article carries out extensive investigation and profound analysis on the operation and existing problems of the pilot units of the modern enterprise system in Sichuan Province. Based on the requirements of “Company Law” and “the Constitution of the Party”, this paper analyzes how the pilot units of the modern enterprise system strengthen the party building, The status and responsibilities of party organizations and tasks; how party organizations participate in decision-making on major issues; the duties and responsibilities of enterprise political cadres; and the enterprise leadership system put forward some practical and effective countermeasures.
