目的:观察黄芪口服液对病毒性心脏病患者心功能和心律失常的影响。方法:30例病毒性心脏病患者入院后停用抗心律失常药物和强心剂,给予黄芪口服液治疗4周,每日2～3次,每次20ml。治疗前后检查心功能、心电图、心脏超声、血常规和肝肾功能。结果:临床总有效率为90％。患者胸闷、心慌和气急症状均有改善,心功能分级平均改善0.8级,室性早搏明显减少,ST段压低明显改善,左心室射血分数从49％上升至58％,左心室室壁运动异常发生率从90％降至40％,肝肾功能无明显变化。结论:黄芪口服液治疗病毒性心肌炎、心肌病有明显疗效。
Objective: To observe the effect of Huangqi Oral Liquid on cardiac function and arrhythmia in patients with viral heart disease. Methods: Thirty patients with viral heart disease were stopped using antiarrhythmic drugs and cardiotonic agents after admission. The patients were treated with Astragalus oral solution for 4 weeks and 2 ~ 3 times a day for 20ml each time. Before and after treatment check cardiac function, electrocardiogram, cardiac ultrasound, blood and liver and kidney function. Results: The total effective rate was 90%. Patients with chest tightness, palpitation and shortness of breath symptoms were improved, the average improvement of cardiac function grade 0.8, significantly reduced premature ventricular contractions, ST segment depression was significantly improved, left ventricular ejection fraction increased from 49% to 58%, left ventricular wall motion abnormalities The incidence dropped from 90% to 40%, no significant changes in liver and kidney function. Conclusion: Astragalus oral solution for the treatment of viral myocarditis, cardiomyopathy has a significant effect.
