山东省费县水利部门,认真贯彻执行省委、省政府和县委的指示,积极投入扶贫,围绕农田水利建设,解决山区人畜吃水和帮助库区脱贫,做了大量工作,取得了显著成绩,5年来,总投资达4767万元,投工3816万个,共兴建各类水利工程4690项,扩大灌溉面积5.14万亩,改善灌溉面积12.86万亩,共解决了297个村、7.5万人的吃水困难,在101个库区移民村中,先后有71个村已脱了贫或基本脱了贫,其中有30个村走上了致富路,有的村成了万元户村。在水利扶贫中,我们着重抓了以下几点: 一、统一认识,加强对扶贫工作的领导。费县是临沂地区的贫困县之一,为了帮助群众
