近距离放射治疗是指将放射性核素按一定的布源规则施放在肿瘤的表面或肿瘤内的放射性治疗,它与远距离放射治疗不同,是一种仅在5mm～5cm内的放射性治疗。早在1898年居里夫妇发现镭元素后,近距离放射治疗就随之产生,而直到1951年Leksell和1958年Mudeller才将放射性核素用于脑肿瘤的治疗。随着科学技术和临床研究的不断发展,近距离放射治疗也用于恶性脑胶质瘤,并取得了一定的效果。本文对其综述如下。
Brachytherapy refers to the radionuclide according to certain rules of cloth source applied to the tumor surface or tumor radiotherapy, which is different from long-range radiation therapy, is only a 5 ~ 5cm of radiotherapy.
