针对燃烧驱动的连续波DF/HF激光器可靠点火的性能要求,设计制作了氟气(F2)发生器作为新型的点火系统。开展了真空条件下的点火试验,验证不同NF3和H2配比对产物中F2摩尔浓度及平衡温度的影响,重点考察了F2发生器自身点火性能的稳定性和可靠性,进行了F2发生器作为点火系统的实际点火试验。F2发生器能够保证自身点火成功并提供最高含量为42%的含F2混合气体,经过合理的时序控制,含F2混合气体能够高效地点燃激光器增益发生器,在已开展的近百次点火试验中未出现点火不成功的情况。试验验证了F2发生器作为新的点火系统替代常规火花塞点火器的可行性与可靠性。
Aiming at the performance requirement of combustion-driven continuous wave DF / HF laser for reliable ignition, a fluorine gas (F2) generator was designed and manufactured as a new type of ignition system. The ignition test under vacuum condition was carried out to verify the effect of different NF3 and H2 ratio on F2 molar concentration and equilibrium temperature in the product. The stability and reliability of the F2 generator’s own ignition performance were investigated emphatically. F2 generator was used as The actual ignition test ignition system.
