研制出一种新颖的数字式动态流量测量系统．该系统通过测量某瞬时传送微小体积流体的时间获取系统瞬态流量值．理论分析和实验研究表明，该动态流量测量系统具有成本低、惯性小、动态性能好、测量精度高等特点，为局域电流变流体阻尼器的动态特性研究提供了有效测量手段．
Developed a novel digital dynamic flow measurement system. The system acquires the instantaneous flow rate of the system by measuring the time when a minute volume of fluid is delivered instantaneously. Theoretical analysis and experimental studies show that the dynamic flow measurement system has the characteristics of low cost, small inertia, good dynamic performance and high measurement accuracy, and provides an effective measurement method for the study of the dynamic characteristics of the local electro-rheological fluid damper.
