目的:测定骨质糖浆中松果菊苷的含量。方法:以松果菊苷为测定指标,HPLC法测定骨质糖浆中松果菊苷含量的色谱条件:色谱柱为HIMADZUVP-ODS柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.2%磷酸(18:82),检测波长为334nm,流速为1mL/min。结果:3个批次的含量分别为0.46mg/mL,0.43mg/mL,0.56mg/mL。结论:定量方法简便、准确、重复性好,可以作为骨质糖浆的质量控制。
Objective: To determine the content of echinacoside in bone syrup. Methods: Echinacoside was used as an index to determine the content of echinacoside in bone syrup by HPLC. The chromatographic conditions were HIMADZUVP-ODS column (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm) and acetonitrile-0.2% phosphoric acid (18:82), detection wavelength of 334nm, flow rate of 1mL / min. Results: The contents of three batches were 0.46mg / mL, 0.43mg / mL and 0.56mg / mL, respectively. Conclusion: The quantitative method is simple, accurate and reproducible, which can be used as the quality control of bone syrup.
