幼儿园食品安全问题一直是社会各界关注的焦点,层出不穷的幼儿园食品安全事件使我们警醒,必须严格把控幼儿园食品的安全。孩子是国家的未来,是社会不断更替、发展的源头,是我们的明天。本研究从现实状况入手,着力分析影响幼儿园食品安全的各种可能存在的因素,并试图深层次的纠其原因,从而提出更为有效的对策。幼儿园食品安全主要体现在:一食品原材料安全;二是加工食品过程中出现的问题;三是就餐坏境。为改善幼儿园食品安全,本文提出了五种对策:一是从源头抓起,保证食品原材料的安全;二是从食品加工过程抓起,对食品加工进行严格要求;三是提高幼儿园的就餐坏境;四是加强幼儿园从业人员思想道德教育。从这几个方面以达到解决幼儿园食品安全的效果。
Kindergarten food safety has always been the focus of attention of all sectors of society, an endless stream of food safety incidents in kindergartens wake us up, we must strictly control the safety of kindergarten food. Children are the future of the country, the source of continuous social change and development, and our tomorrow. Starting from the actual situation, this study tries to analyze various possible factors that affect the food safety of kindergartens and try to correct the reasons at a deeper level so as to propose more effective countermeasures. Kindergarten food safety is mainly reflected in: a food safety of raw materials; the second is the process of processing food problems; the third is dining bad environment. In order to improve the food safety in kindergarten, this paper proposes five countermeasures: one is to start from the source to ensure the safety of food raw materials; the other is to start from the process of food processing, strict requirements on food processing; third is to improve nursery dining environment ; Fourth, to strengthen ideological and moral education of kindergarten practitioners. From these aspects to achieve the effect of food safety kindergarten.
