X射线测厚仪是板带钢轧制过程中质量控制的关键仪器,为了保持良好的测量精度及测量灵敏度,需要根据测量厚度设置合适的射源电压。但射源电压的设置往往根据工人的经验,缺少实际依据。文章选取了普通多项式拟合模型作为曲线标定的模型,讨论了不同厚度的钢板在不同射源电压下的测量精度及测量灵敏度,并给出了如何设定最佳射源电压的依据,具有广泛的应用价值。
X-ray thickness gauge is the key instrument of quality control in the strip rolling process. In order to maintain good measurement accuracy and measurement sensitivity, it is necessary to set a suitable source voltage according to the thickness of the measurement. However, the setting of the source voltage is often based on the experience of workers and lacks practical basis. In this paper, a general polynomial fitting model is selected as a model for curve calibration. The measurement accuracy and measurement sensitivity of different thickness steel plates under different source voltage are discussed. The basis of how to set the optimum emitter voltage is given.
