目的了解福建口岸汉坦病毒的基因型别和分子特征。方法对2010年福建口岸捕获的鼠形动物进行汉坦病毒检测,对部分阳性标本进行M基因片段序列分析。结果 2010年福建口岸共捕获鼠形动物839只,以褐家鼠为优势鼠种,占58.52%;鼠形动物携带汉坦病毒阳性率5.84%,均为汉城型(SEO),阳性鼠种为褐家鼠和黄胸鼠,阳性率分别为8.96%和3.09%。汉坦病毒检出呈较明显的冬春季高峰。用M基因片段(nt2001~2301)核苷酸序列构建系统进化树,将福建口岸SEOV分为S2和S3两个亚型。结论 S3亚型SEOV为福建口岸优势流行亚型。
Objective To understand the genotype and molecular characteristics of Hantavirus in Fujian port. Methods Hantavirus was detected in murine animals captured in Fujian Port in 2010, and M gene fragments were sequenced in some positive specimens. Results A total of 839 murine animals were captured at the Fujian port in 2010, 58.52% of which were Rattus norvegicus. The positive rate of hantavirus in mice was 5.84%, both of which were SEO. The positive mice were Rattus norvegicus and Rattus flavipectus, the positive rates were 8.96% and 3.09% respectively. Hantaan virus detected more obvious winter and spring peak. The phylogenetic tree was constructed by using the nucleotide sequence of M gene (nt2001 ~ 2301), and divided into two subtypes: S2 and S3. Conclusion S3 subtype SEOV is the predominant epidemic subtype in Fujian port.
