作者在对心理健康的概念、特质进行界定的基础上,提出了大学生心理健康的标准,并且探讨了大学生心理健康教育的目标和内容,以建构大学生心理健康教育的目标和内容模式。
On the basis of defining the concept and characteristics of mental health, the author puts forward the standard of mental health of college students and explores the goal and content of mental health education of college students so as to construct the goal and content mode of mental health education of college students.
