从2007年1月起,日本广播协会(NHK)开始通过数据广播提供地震和海啸信息,其中采用了三种传送媒体——卫星数字广播、地面数字广播和供便携移动终端接收的地面数字广播(One-Seg)。通过该数据广播业务,地震、海啸预警、演习提示以及各地区地震强度等信息能够快速发送给公众。本文介绍了数据广播系统,该系统能够依据来自日本气象厅(JMA)的信息以及地震和海啸信息,自动制作和发送“地震和海啸信息”的数据广播。
As of January 2007, the NHK started to provide earthquake and tsunami information through data broadcasting using three types of transmission media: satellite digital broadcasting, terrestrial digital broadcasting and terrestrial digital broadcasting for portable mobile terminals ( One-Seg). Through this data broadcasting service, information such as earthquake and tsunami warnings, exercise tips, and earthquake intensity in various regions can be quickly transmitted to the public. This article describes a data broadcasting system that automatically generates and sends data broadcasts of “Earthquake and Tsunami Information” based on information from the Japan Meteorological Agency (JMA) and information on earthquakes and tsunamis.
