在中国共产党成立七十周年前夕,原中共中央统战部副部长、中征委副主任童小鹏同志应漳州市委的邀请,做了“没有共产党就没有新中国”的党史报告。报告在干部中引起较大反响。会后,童小鹏同志又认真学习了江泽民总书记的“七一”讲话和中国共产党的历史,并参阅了大量的党史资料,在原讲话稿的基础上写出了《中国共产党在艰难曲折中胜利前进——党史学习笔记》。文中有一些事例是童小鹏同志长期跟随周恩来的亲身经历与见闻,鲜为人知,是十分宝贵的党史资料。为此,我们摘发了其中的一部分,以飨读者。本文的题目是编者加的。
On the eve of the seventieth anniversary of the founding of the Chinese Communist Party, Comrade Tong Xiaoping, former vice minister of the United Front Work Department of the CPC Central Committee and deputy director of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference, made a party history report on “there is no new China without the Communist Party” at the invitation of Zhangzhou Municipal Party Committee. The report aroused great repercussions among cadres. After the meeting, Comrade Tong Xiaogeng seriously studied General Secretary Jiang Zemin’s “1 July” speech and the history of the Chinese Communist Party. He also read a large amount of information on party history. On the basis of the original speech, he wrote: "The victory of the Chinese Communist Party in the difficult twists and turns Progress - notes on the history of the party history. There are some examples in the article that Comrade Tong Xiaopeng has long followed the personal experience and knowledge of Zhou Enlai and is little known and is a very valuable historical material.
