本书是国营农場思想政治工作经验的选編,共有二十三篇文章。它的內容包含有四个方面:(一)国营农場組織职工活学活用毛主席著作的一些經驗。(二)开展以五好为目标的比、学、赶、帮、超运动的經驗。(三)一些典型农場的政治工作經驗。(四)生产队的政治工作經驗和一些具体工作經驗,如政治班(組)长工作、俱乐部工作等。
This book is a selection of state farm farmer’s ideological and political work experience, a total of twenty-three articles. Its contents include four aspects: (1) The state-owned farms organize their own workers to learn from the experience of Chairman Mao’s work. (B) to carry out the five good as the goal than the ratio of learning, driving, helping, super sports experience. (C) some of the typical farm’s political work experience. (D) the production team political experience and some specific work experience, such as political classes (group) director of work, club work.
