在“大政工”格局下,企业管理人员担负着管理与教育的双重职能,既是一名管理工作者,更是一名思想政治工作者。在实践中,除了学习宣传党的路线、方针、政策外,大量的工作将围绕着解决本单位、本部门人与人之间,人与工作之间等各种各样的思想矛盾,并通过化解一个个思想矛盾来实现管理工作的价值。如何实践这种内在的不易被人们重视的工作职能,如何更好地解决好管理工作中的思想矛盾,更好地调动下属和同事的工作积极性,本文试想以现代企业管理与思想心理调适为题试述一些观点,体现和谐管理,培育现代企业文化。
