病例:女,38岁,已婚;农民。1985年5月始有尿急、尿颜、尿痛,在当地诊为膀胱炎、肾盂肾炎。住院抗炎治疗疗效不佳。以后多次到西安等地大医院求治,诊断为膀胱炎,用过多种抗生素,但症状有增无减,身体渐消瘦,体力越来越差。1988年6月来我院。体检:痛苦病容,心肺无异常。腹平软,肝脾不大,双肾未触及,双肾及输尿管区无压疼,膀胱区空虚,触疼明显。尿镜检见有少
