预算司 2002年是我国实施“十五”计划的关键年,做好财政预算工作,对于促进国民经济持续快速健康发展和保持政治社会稳定具有重要意义。2002年预算管理工作的指导思想是:认真贯彻党的十五届六中全会和中央经济工作会议精神,加强政治理论学习,转变工作作风;坚持改革方向,积极稳妥地推进预算管理各项改革;认真做好预算平衡,增收节支,不断提高财政资金使用效益。
The budget department in 2002 is a crucial year for China to implement the “15th Five-Year Plan,” and doing a good job in fiscal budget work is of great significance to promoting the sustained, rapid, healthy development of the national economy and maintaining political and social stability.
