2008年1季度,全国完成购置土地面积7922.14万平方米,同比上升29.7%,同比去年增幅上升38.3个百分点,高于商品房施工面积涨幅的2.2个百分点、新开工面积3.8个百分点。商品房完成施工面积158622.28万平方米,同比增长27.5%。其中,商品住宅施工面积124512.7万平方米,同比增长29.3%。商品房竣工面积7855.85万平方米,同比增长26.9%,高于新开工面积增幅1个百分点,其中,商品住宅竣工面积6397.56万平方米,同比增长27.4%。
In the first quarter of 2008, the country’s total land area for purchase was 79,221,400 square meters, an increase of 29.7% over the same period of last year, an increase of 38.3% over the previous year, 2.2 percentage points higher than that of commercial housing projects and an area of 3.8 percentage points of newly started.
