Ultrasonography is becoming an important diagnostic procedure in prenatal care. Those with SGA and LGA should be found as much as possible, both of which indicate an increase in maternal-fetal complications. In this study, fetal mammography was used to predict the maternal fetal growth bias matrices, and 505 non-singleton pregnant women were selected as the target. The gestational age was estimated by measuring fetal biparietal diameter (BPD) at the seventeenth week of gestation and then the BPD and the abdominal diameter (AD) of the fetus measured at the thirty-third week and the thirty-eighth week, and the measured BPD and The difference between average expected BPD and AD for AD and the actual gestational age is called D-BPD and D-AD, respectively.
