本文利用作者开发的空间凸轮机构的CAD软件,以真空封缸机的分度圆柱凸轮机构为例,进行不分度圆柱凸轮机构的啮合区域与运动学分析,设计出一种能降低最大压力角的新型偏置分度圓柱凸轮机构,并提出了分度圓柱凸轮工作曲面的修正方法。在此基础上,介绍了在对圆柱凸轮进行CAD的同时,利用微机对分度圆柱凸轮曲面数控加工自动编程的新方法。文中着重从加工坐标的设定、刀具轨迹、偏心量修正、计算机程序框图、工艺问題等CAM的几个主要方面,对这种方法作了阐述。
In this paper, using the CAD software of the space cam mechanism developed by the author, taking the indexing cylinder cam mechanism of the vacuum cylinder sealing machine as an example, the meshing region and kinematic analysis of the non-indexing cylindrical cam mechanism are designed to design a method that can reduce the maximum pressure angle The new offset indexing cylinder cam mechanism is proposed and the correction method of the indexing cylinder cam working surface is proposed. Based on this, a new method of automatic programming CNC machining of the indexing cylinder cam surface by using microcomputer is introduced. This paper mainly elaborates on this method from several aspects of machining coordinate setting, tool path, eccentricity correction, computer program block diagram and process problems.
