目的:观察芪归口服液对骨髓造血模型大鼠骨髓象、外周血象、血液流变学的影响。方法:用健康Wistar种大鼠50只,体重(190±10)g,随机分为5组:①正常对照组。②模型对照组。③阳性对照组。④芪归高剂量组。⑤芪归低剂量组。除正常对照组外,其余各组灌胃给药9d,第7天开始用环磷酰胺造模。取大鼠胸骨骨髓进行骨髓象检查分析,取血进行外周血象、血液流变学测定。结果:给模型大鼠灌服188g·kg-1(生药含量094g·ml-1)的芪归口服液后,与模型对照组比较,芪归口服液使大鼠的骨髓有核细胞增生明显活跃P<001;改善骨髓象中各系统及各期细胞的比值。显著增加模型大鼠血红蛋白含量P<001;升高白细胞总数P<001。降低模型大鼠全血高切粘度P<001;低切粘度P<005;和血浆粘度P<005。结论:芪归口服液具有生髓、补气、补血、活血化淤的功效。
Objective: To observe the effects of Zhigui Oral Liquid on bone marrow, peripheral blood, and hemorheology in bone marrow hematopoietic rats. METHODS: Fifty healthy Wistar rats were weighed (190 ± 10) g and randomly divided into five groups: 1 normal control group. 2 model control group. 3 positive control group. 4 Guigui high dose group. 5 to return to low dose group. Except the normal control group, the other groups were intragastrically administered for 9 days, and on the 7th day, cyclophosphamide was used for modeling. The bone marrow of the rat sternum was taken for bone marrow examination and analysis. Blood was taken for peripheral blood and hemorheology. RESULTS: After the model rats were treated with Zigui Oral Liquid with 188g·kg-1 (crude drug content was 094g·ml-1), compared with the model control group, Zhigui Oral Solution had the nucleus of rat bone marrow. The cell proliferation was significantly active P<001; the ratio of cells in various systems and stages of bone marrow was improved. Significantly increase the hemoglobin content of model rat P<001; increase the total number of white blood cells P<001. Reduced model rats high blood hyperviscosity P<001; low shear viscosity P<005; and plasma viscosity P<005. Conclusion: Zigui Oral Liquid has the effect of raw pith, qi, blood and blood stasis.
