目的了解影响低温蒸汽甲醛灭菌失败的因素,以便制定相应防范措施。方法通过回顾性分析方法,对低温蒸汽甲醛灭菌器化学监测和生物监测资料进行统计分析和查找原因。结果在186次灭菌实施过程中,共监测到15次灭菌失败,其中有9次为人为技术操作因素所致,占失败总构成比的60%。有5次灭菌失败是由灭菌介质缺乏或不足及包装不规范因素所致,占总构成比33.33%。结论低温蒸汽甲醛灭菌设备会因技术操作不规范导致灭菌失败,责任观念不强、不遵守操作规程、操作流程不规范是主要因素。
Objective To understand the factors that affect the failure of low temperature steam formaldehyde sterilization in order to formulate appropriate preventive measures. Methods By means of retrospective analysis, the data of chemical monitoring and biological monitoring of low temperature steam formaldehyde sterilizer were statistically analyzed and the reasons were found out. Results A total of 15 sterilization failures were monitored during the 186 sterilization cycles, nine of which were due to human-caused technical operating factors, accounting for 60% of the total failures. Five sterilization failures were caused by the lack of or insufficient sterilizing media and packaging irregularities, accounting for 33.33% of the total. Conclusion Low-temperature steam formaldehyde sterilization equipment will result in sterilization failure due to non-standard technical operation, the concept of responsibility is not strong, non-compliance with operating procedures, non-standard operating procedures are the main factors.
