胡锦涛同志在十七大报告中谈到实现全面建设小康社会奋斗目标的新要求时说,我们必须适应国内外形势的新变化,顺应各族人民过上更好生活的新期待,把握经济社会发展趋势和规律,坚持中国特色社会主义经济建设、政治建设、文化建设、社会建设的基本目标和基本政策构成的基本纲领。十七大在十六大确立的全面建设小康社会目标的基础上对我国发展提出了新的更高要求。
In his report on the 17th National Congress, Comrade Hu Jintao addressed the new requirements of realizing the goal of building a moderately prosperous society in an all-round way. He said we must adapt to the new changes in the situation both at home and abroad, follow the new expectations of people of all nationalities for a better life and grasp the economic and social development Trends and laws, and adhere to the basic program consisting of the basic goals and basic policies of economic construction, political construction, cultural construction and social construction with Chinese characteristics. The 17th CPC National Congress has set new and higher requirements for the development of our country on the basis of the goal of building a moderately prosperous society established at the 16th National Congress of the Communist Party of China.
