“看病难、看病贵”一直是老百姓心中的痛。从2006年2月起,卫生部在全国推行社区医院转诊制,“大病进医院,小病找社区”成为政府大力推行缓解“看病难”的重要手段之一。按照设想,居民在社区就可以享受到医疗预防等公共卫生拂去和一般常见病、多发病的基本医疗服务。可是经过多年的发展,除了小部分社区医院运行得不错外,还是有不少社区医院鲜有人问津。大多患者宁可舍近求远、挤破头往大医
“Difficult to see a doctor, expensive doctor” has always been the pain of the hearts of ordinary people. Since February 2006, the Ministry of Health has implemented the referral system for community hospitals across the country. “Serious illness into the hospital, ailments for the community ” has become one of the major means by which the government vigorously promotes “alleviation of hardship.” It is envisaged that residents in the community will be able to enjoy the basic medical services such as medical prevention and other public health brushes and the common and frequently-occurring diseases. However, after many years of development, apart from the fact that a small number of community hospitals have run well, there are still quite a few community hospitals rarely asked about them. Most patients prefer to go far, squeezed head to the doctor
