花粉发芽试验是测定花粉生命力最直接可靠的方法。马尾松花粉发芽速度很慢,而且往往因条件不适宜影响发芽正常进行。为此,我们对马尾松花粉的发芽条件进行了研究。一、试验材料和方法1.材料马尾松花粉是于1986年4月8日采自丽水市郊白云山的12年生马尾松林。采集时,先在开始散粉的雄球花上套上干净的塑料袋,然后连同新枝一起采下,放在室内散粉、过筛,将所得花粉放30℃条件下干燥至含水率3%左右,再装到盛有变色硅胶的干燥器内,放到0℃左右的冰箱内贮藏备用。
