在电力体制改革的总体目标中,提高效率、降低成本、健全电价机制、优化资源配置都和财务管理直接相关。电力体制改革必须要进行资产的整合,而资产整合一定是由财务信息来反映的。因此,电力体制改革对财务信息化的建设提出了更高的要求。而随着电力市场的逐步建立、形成和发展,就要求建设一个全面、高效的电力财务管理信息系统。
In the overall goal of the power system reform, improving efficiency, reducing costs, improving the electricity tariff mechanism and optimizing resource allocation are all directly related to financial management. The reform of the power system must carry out the integration of assets, and the integration of assets must be reflected by the financial information. Therefore, the power system reform put forward higher requirements on the construction of financial informationization.
