2006年,是“十一五”的起步之年,发展快,开局好,在我省深化改革的进程中具有重要的历史意义。全面构建和谐社会,关注百姓生活,拉动居民消费,促进经济社会全面发展成为主旋律。特别是随着下半年收入分配政策的调整落实,全省城镇居民收入增加,消费增长,整体生活水平呈现以下变化:
