地面空鼓、裂缝一直是困扰建筑工程质量的通病。究其原因,主要是地面施工前,基层处理不好。为解决这一难题,施工时可自制一台地面基层清扫器。具体方法是,使用水磨石机,利用废旧的钢丝绳头截成长8厘米左右,一头焊在铁板上,形状、尺寸与三角水磨石块一样,卡在水磨石机上即可。施工时,操作方法和做水磨石地面一样,随磨随加水冲洗。这样能充分把地面基层清扫干净。然后,圃设找平层和面层,保证无空鼓现象产生。这种方法简单、易操作、实用,效果满意。
