国有企业是我国国民经济支柱,在国民经济关键领域和重要部门中处于支配地位,为确保国民经济持续、快速、健康发展发挥着重大作用。建立和发展国有企业特别是国有大中型企业,是由我国社会主义的基本政治、经济制度决定的,也是我国社会主义经济发展的重要标志。改革开放以来,国有企业改革发展不断取得重大进展,为推动经济社会发展、保障和改善民生、开拓国际市场、增强我国综合实力作出了重大贡献。
State-owned enterprises, as the pillar of our national economy, are at the center of the key areas and important sectors of the national economy and play a significant role in ensuring the sustained, rapid and healthy development of the national economy. The establishment and development of state-owned enterprises, especially state-owned large and medium-sized enterprises, are determined by China’s basic socialist political and economic system and are also an important symbol of the socialist economic development in our country. Since the reform and opening up, significant progress has been made continuously in the reform and development of state-owned enterprises, which have made significant contributions to promoting economic and social development, safeguarding and improving people’s livelihood, exploring the international market and enhancing the overall strength of our country.
