不同花生品种对青枯病的抵抗性不同,不同接种技术,直接影响抗病品种的选择及应用。本文系我所进行品种资源抗病性鉴定和抗病育种工作开展接种技术研究的资料加以总结。试验认为,在常用的细菌接种方法中应用菌液浸种接种,能正确反映花生品种抗性强弱的差异,且简便易行;接种菌株的致病力、菌液浓度、菌龄、移植次数、菌液浸种时间对提高接种效果有直接的影响,但不同生物型的菌株和抗病或感病品种的菌株不影响对品种抗病性的鉴别;保持适宜的温度、湿度是稳定接种效果的主要条件,而与土壤类型的关系不大。如果在植株生长期接种还要注意接种期和接种部位的影响。
