我国近几年来小型锅炉更新改造的实践表明,单台小型锅炉的改造,包括更新在内,都有很大的局限性和片面性,因为分散的小型锅炉所固有的特点不可能获得较好的综合经济效益。而在热负荷较集中的区域实行集中供热,则是一种较好的解决办法。我市二商局所属延安豆制品厂和杭州豆制品厂及新泰饭店等六户小联片供热的实践表明,小联片供热确是对小型锅炉更新改造,节约能源、减少污染的综合改进的好办法。下面就市二商局小联片供热规划和实施情况谈谈它的经济效益和一些问题。
