我国是一个多人口、多民族的国家,民族工作关系重大。清朝“康乾盛世”时期修德安民、恩威并施的民族政策,很好地稳定了少数民族地区。在新时期,民族问题出现了新的变化,需要我们制定新的政策,实行宗教信仰自由,维护民族团结,实现各民族共同繁荣,还要努力培养一支宏大的德才兼备的少数民族干部队伍。
Our country is a multi-population and multi-ethnic country, and the work of ethnic minorities is of great importance. The ethnic policies of the virtuous people An Min and Enwei Shi during the “Kang and Qian Era” during the Qing Dynasty have well stabilized the ethnic minority areas. In the new period, new changes have taken place in ethnic issues, which require us to formulate new policies, implement religious freedom, safeguard ethnic unity and realize the common prosperity of all ethnic groups. We must also strive to foster an ambitious cadre of ethnic minority cadres with the full ability and political integrity .
