热。楼市热,股市热,人心浮躁。3月份后成交量和房价涨幅一直狂飙,房地产市场已经涨回2007年最高峰的水平。国家发展改革委、国家统计局调查显示,7月份,全国70个大中城市房屋销售价格同比上涨1.0%,涨幅比上月扩大0.8个百分点;环比上涨0.9%,涨幅比上月扩大0.1个百分点。其中,深圳环比增长2.2%,广州环比增长2.7%。多方数据指向一个结论:房价在涨,楼市又起来了!
