本文在阐述财务治理基本内涵的基础上,指出股东至上模式下的财务治理容易出现内部人控制和损害其他利益相关者的利益的现象,重点探讨了利益相关者模式下的财务治理及现实意义。
Based on the basic connotation of financial governance, this paper points out that the financial governance under the mode of “shareholder supremacy” tends to control and harm the interests of other stakeholders, and focuses on the financial governance under the stakeholder model and its practical significance.
