金秋十月,笔者来到闽北库区,素有“绿色金库”美称的南平市北郊建溪阿畔,访问了在改革中崛起的山村拔尖人才——全国农村星火带头人、全国乡镇优秀企业家、地区优秀共产党员、中外合资南平大展竹木业有限公司董事长兼总经理杜水旺。 从“烂滩子”到27个厂 今年38岁,只有高中学历的杜水旺,1973年参军,在海防前线特务连当侦察兵,他执行侦察有功,先后受到上级三次嘉奖并提为班长。1977年退伍回村,分配在乡镇企业工作,他把侦察兵的十八般武艺全方位“军转民”。
